Federal Switchgear Ltd was established to cater the increasing demand for Switchgear products utilizing the potential of the Middle East as a manufacturing base. The company is a part of a large diversified group that enjoys much credibility and goodwill in the region and internationally.

Location

Located in an industrial suburb of Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Federal Switchgear plant has a State-of-Art manufacturing unit in Mussafah spread over a 4500Sq.m plot. Abu Dhabi itself is strategically situated as a gateway to the region and well connected to internationally by air and water routes. The simple export procedures, liberal exchange controls for repatriation and capital and profits, easy availability of fuel energy resources, Electricity and excellent business infrastructure further enhance the location advantages.

Standards & Type test Certificate

The products are designed, manufactured and tested as per the national and international standards IEC 60439-1,BS-5486, ESI 37-11. All LV DBs, Panels and Feeder Pillars are fully Type tested up to 2500A as per IEC –60439-1 at KEMA, Holland.

Infrastructure  & Product Development

Federal Switchgear products are designed using CAD software to meet customer requirements. Team of Engineers is working continuously for product development to cater the increasing demand of customers adopting the latest technologies.

Our plant is equipped with most modern CNC and NC machines for fabrication. In order to offer quality and better finish products we have  installed Electrostatic powder coating plant with 7 tank pretreatment process.

Strict quality control is built into process right from the beginning to the finished products. Our testing Lab is equipped with sophisticated testing equipment’s to conduct all the routine tests  as per standards.
